Chocolate Chip Cookies



 -Best recipe, these cookies are delicious even without milk, when i made this recipe my family
 thought i bought them, but of course i made them and there very simple to make.


Ingredients:
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
½ cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
2 cups milk chocolate chips

Instructions:
Cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 9 minutes.
Let cookies rest, and in joy!


Soft & Chewy Sugar Cookies




-This is literally the best sugar cookies recipe ever, they are soft, chewy, and so delicious, even after the  cookies chill they will be the same great taste, chewiness, and softens.

 Ingredients:                                                
-2 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
-1 tsp. baking soda
-1/2 tsp. baking powder
-2 sticks softened butter (1 cup)
-1 egg
-1 tsp. vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups sugar

Step by step:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2) Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder in one bowl
3) In another bowl (or in a mixer) combine butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
4) Gradually mix in the flour/baking soda/ baking powder mix.
5) Scoop out dough balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6) Bake approx 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
7) Cool and serve!

New York Style Cheesecake


*This is my favorite cheesecake recipes and it turns out every time i make it,
it is super creamy and is simple to make. Try it out and see for your self.

Filling ingredients:
4 packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs 1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all purpose flower

Crust ingredients:
15 graham crackers
2 tablespoon butter, melted

Step by step:
(1) preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 9 inch spring-form pan.
(2) In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Press onto bottom of spring-form pan.
(3) In large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk,
and then mix in eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour
cream, vanilla and flower until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.
(4)Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven
with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
